Elegy Coffee East
One of my favorite coffee shops in the city, and we have so many! My favorite drink is the Honey Bear— an oat and honey cold brew. The breakfast burritos are unreal, and they have some other good breakfast options as well. The sit down location in Germantown is lovely, or you can go to the grab and go spot in East with optional patio seating.

Frist Art Museum
A beautiful art museum with beautiful exhibits that are often shifting! A great place to stroll around for a bit to beat the heat, and to see something special and inspiring.

Cafe Roze
Cafe Roze has coffee, food, drinks, you name it! I’ve never had one bad thing here. If you’re coming for brunch, you’ll have the perfect dish and coffee. And if you’re here for dinner, the best glass of wine and entree. You truly cannot go wrong! (The fries are also really good)

Crema Coffee Roasters
One of our most popular coffee shops! Craft coffee and a really great vibe. I love everyone who works here, and all of the seasonal options they have to offer. It sounds strange, but the coffee soda is the drink of the summer ever year! You have to try it!

Incredible Tex-mex in East Nashville! So many taco options, an incredible burger, burritos, crunchwrap, etc. They also sling a mean coffee, and a mean margarita. One of my favorite places for brunch, lunch, or dinner!

Barcelona Wine Bar
This is a girls night favorite! Tapas style, with a rotating menu of delicious food. My favorite sangria, and some of the greatest wine selection in the city!

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville
Of course you need to catch a show while in town, and one of my favorite venues to see a show is at Brooklyn Bowl. It’s a bowling alley as well as a music venue, so you can do both activities, or one at a time! A good amount of space, and multiple levels to stand from as well.

Radnor Lake State Park
Such a sweet place to walk and get some movement in. Many hiking trails surrounding a beautiful little lake— right in the city.

Cheekwood is the most beautiful garden! They’re often running events and celebrating the different holidays with special nights and lights. Great for a girls trip, family trip, or date night!

Monday Night Brewing - Preservation Co.
My favorite place in the city to get drinks in the summer! Monday Nights is a brewery in an industrial building in Germantown. A beautiful place to sit outside in the summer with hanging lights and long tables. We often celebrate birthdays here, bring picnics, etc. They don’t sell food but there is plenty of space to sit outside and bring your own! Great selection of beer, and popular for there frozen aperol spritz and trivia nights.
