Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail
The heavily shaded 50M course is an out and back run almost entirely on the Pacific Crest Trail. The 50K is also on the PCT but you get to run around Timothy Lake as well. The 25K course involves the Headwaters and Old 1916 Trail before going around Timothy lake. The trail is generally soft with good footing, although there are some technical sections with rocks and roots.
