3 days in Paris for Paris Photo 2026, 12 to 15 November at the Grand Palais. I'm staying near the 11th so keeping food, wine and coffee close to base, with a few more photography stops around town.

Paris
The main event. Runs 12 to 15 November 2026, the bicentenary of photography edition, 200+ galleries plus a Centre Pompidou show. Need to book tickets early and I'm giving it a full day.
About 20 mins walk from where I'm staying. Check what's on during fair week, there's usually extra stuff.
By Place de la Concorde, 20 mins walk from the Grand Palais, so I can tack it onto the fair day.
10 mins from the MEP so I'll do the two together.
Up in the 18th. Only worth the trek if there's a good show on, check the programme nearer the time.
The smash burgers, and this one's basically on my doorstep on Rue Oberkampf. Expect a queue at peak times.
Reservations open 3 weeks out and go fast, set a reminder. If I miss out, Clamato next door does walk-ins.
Septime's seafood place next door. No bookings so get there early.
Classic bistro night. Steak au poivre. Need to book.
Natural wine and small plates on Oberkampf. Good shout for the first night.
Septime's wine bar on Rue Basfroi. Glass of natural wine and tinned fish before dinner.
The original by Canal Saint-Martin. Coffee and a wander along the canal, 20 mins walk from base.
Their bakery cafe on Rue Breguet, and this one's actually in the 11th, 10 mins from base. Same coffee plus the sourdough and pastries.
