Pre-Race

Central Park
Get excited to run at the TCS New York City Marathon Opening Ceremony at the finish line in Central Park on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025. The ceremony begins at 4 p.m. and finishes with fireworks at about 6:30 p.m. Spectators can enter the area at Central Park West at 63rd Street. Grandstand seating is first come, first served until capacity is reached, so go early.
