Skip the corporate-owned coffee shop on Main Street and fuel up for your day at Sweet Brew instead. Their espresso drinks don't disappoint and they have a great tea selection too.

Walk with your coffee over to Dancing Eye which is right in the heart of Northville at the corner of Main and Center. It's a great place to shop for souvenirs but it's not the only one in town and you'll discover them all not far from the front door.

Take a picnic lunch, or early dinner, to go from this small deli that's women-owned. They also have a great selection of wine and canned drinks to take with you.

Wake up early to enjoy a beautiful drive through rural townships and past farms as you make your way from St. John's on the border of Plymouth and Northville to the town of Brighton. Reward yourself with coffee at Brighton Coffee House. I recommend a Dirty Chai. But nothing on their menu disappoints.
