A must-stop on your way into El Chaltén for amazing views of Argentinian Patagonia and the iconic Fitzroy and Cerro Torre peaks.

Perito Moreno Glacier Walkways
These NP walkways are a must to admire the incredible glacier and watch as it cracks and shifts!

Desert Lake
A beautiful lake that actually connects Chile and Argentina. Many backpackers will take a boat across it! There are hikes along the shores and up to glaciers here as well!

Laguna de los Tres
Head all the way up to Fitzroy's base on this hike that is NOT for the faint of heart. It is worth it on a clear day when she is standing proud though. No trip to El Chaltén is complete without a selfie in front of Fitzroy.

An easier hike than Laguna de los Tres that has amazing views of Fitzroy on a clear day!
