Tate Student Center
This is where the Dawg Walk starts. Line up at the corner of Lumpkin and the entrance to the Tate Deck Driveway leading to the stadium. Or for a different view, try the elevated walking path at the UGA bookstore. The Dawg Walk happens two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff, but you'll want to get there earlier if you want a high five or first bump from a player or two.

Herty Field
Located on the north end of campus, this is the prime tailgating area. This is also where UGA hosted their early football games. It is now a green space for those visiting campus...but especially tailgaters. Don't forget to dip your toe in the fountain and ring the Chapel Bell to celebrate a Dawgs win!

The Intramural Fields is the farthest tailgating area on campus, but don't worry. Free shuttles will get you to and from the stadium. This is also the spot for those who do not have season parking passes to go. So, if you are looking for a place for a one-and-done tailgate for the season this is it.

TailGAte Station is an off-campus area for people to tailgate during football season. This park has plenty of open space for those who want a larger space to go. It is located a half mile from the stadium.

Live Wire Athens
Live Wire is a popular place to pregame before UGA games. They offer a big screen, and you can hang out as long as you like. Make sure to reserve your table before you arrive or you will have trouble finding a seat. This bar does not serve food, but they will allow you to bring food in to accompany any drinks you order from the fully stocked bar.
