The Preserve Hobbit Houses allow you to transport yourself into the world of the Hobbit with an intimate and unique dining experience in a magical setting. Maker’s Mark fine bourbons are paired with upscale grilled items. As you walk through the swinging wooden door, the interior is filled with candlelight, stone-stacked walls, and a large handmade dining table repurposed from Maker’s Mark whisky barrels.

Overlooking Fishers Island Sound, the Watch Hill Lighthouse can be accessed by foot via a private road and is open from 8 a.m. to sunset throughout the year. The original wooden lighthouse in Watch Hill was first completed in 1809! A new tower was finished in 1856, and its light, which can be seen for 16 nautical miles, was automated in 1986.
Please note that while the grounds are open year-round, the museum is only open from July until Labor Day between 1-3 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday.
