Main entrance is right across from the iconic, Nyhavn. Showcasing a varitey of exhibits from film, interactive pieces, and storytelling artwork. It's also one of the biggest spaces for contemporary art in Northern Europe.

Hidden gem, would be easy to miss as it's tucked off the main drag. They offer a beatiful patio and a five course dinner tasting at night with small bites and an open concept kitchen!

Duck and Cover - Cocktailbar
Cozy space, with cocktails made with an attention to detail. The flavors on the menu seem like they would never work (think red pepper in a cocktail) but they are perfectly mixed. Located just down the street from our hotel!

Day 2: Helsingør

Lido
Indoor and outdoor space cafe. Serving dreamy matchas, speciality drinks, and pastries. Bite Recommendation: Savory Crepe w/ Asparagus

Copenhagen Central Station
Hub for getting around Copenhagen and to destinations around Denmark. We took the train from Centeral Station to Helsingborg. Trains ran every 15 minutes and it was easy to get a ticket and jump on a train after breakfast!

Kronborg Castle
This isn't your typical museum/castle- it's very interactive. You're able to tour the church, cannon tower, tunnels in the basement. For families and kids (and kids at heart) they offer a room to try on period pieces, snap photos, walk on stilts, act like a king or queen and an illusions room!

Patio
Don't head right back to Copenhagen after your castle tour. Walk around Helsingborg and grab lunch at Patio. The inside is charming, but try to sit outside if the weather is nice. It's a small patio alcove, with a little beer window right off the main street but feels very private.

Helsingør harbor promenade
You'll walk past the promenade on your way to Kronborg Castle. You can watch the ferry come and go from Sweden!

This was our favorite dinner meal. Small plates, made for sharing. They had a special the evening we visited of a spicy fired calimari which we would have ordered another plate but they sold out (for good reason!)

Meatpacking District, Copenhagen
We ended our night with a walk through the Meatpacking District. Many of the shops were closed, but we grabbed a brew at Warpigs and watched the sunset.

Mirabelle
Dreamy spot that we visited for breakfast. Larger space that some of the other cafes. The kitchen is actually open where you can see the bakers cooking!

Superkilen Park
A unique park with three main areas. Popular for skateboarding, biking and playing. I want to go back to Copenhagen in teh spring jsut to see the pink blooming trees. There's even a boxing ring in one of the parks!

Petit Cafe
A spot that has flavored lattes in Europe?! I was pumped. Caramel lattes are my favorite so that was a fun treat. Cozy space, friendly staff, try their sandwiches!

La Banchina
If I could stayed her for a full day I would have. This felt like Copenhagen at it's core. No meat, natual products, and groups just sitting, laughing, swimming, and embracing the slow moments of their day. A must add to your trip plan!

Our charming hotel. You feel like your tucked in the jungle in the middle of the city. With cozy resturant, balconys, and quality products in the rooms. This is a great location for walking, biking and taking the metro to local attractions. Also airstreams in the courtyard?! Say less.
