Saguaro National Park

Valley View Overlook Trail
Valley View Overlook is located in Saguaro National Park West and is an easy-rated hike that is just under a mile out and back. Look over the Avra Valley and the Rincon Mountains.

Signal Hill Trail
Walk along the Signal Hill trail to see some of the best petroglyphs in the National Park. This out-and-back trail is a little over a quarter of a mile out and back. It is also rated as easy. This trail is also located in the western part of the park.

Bajada Loop Drive
One of the most scenic drives in Saguaro National Park is located on the west side of the park. Drive through the foothills of the Tucson Mountain District and explore many of the trails located off the loop.

Grand Canyon National Park

Rim Trail
Enjoy some of the most stunning views of the Grand Canyon along the Rim Trail. Stop and see the sunset from Hopi point. The trail surface is mostly paved but does turn into dirt the further you go. Rim Trail takes a couple of extra steps to get there as you can't just drive up to it and park but it is well worth it. You will need to catch the orange shuttle route to South Kaibab Trailhead. This trail is a long one at 12.5 miles point to point. It is also rated as Moderate. There are no water sources along the trail so make sure to pack extra water with you. There are also many shuttle stop along the way if you need to head back for any reason.

South Kaibab Trail
To access South Kibab Trail, you will need to park at the visitors center and take a shuttle out to the trailhead. This trail is one of the only trails that giveshikers a true ridgeline descent. The South Kiabab Trail is just under two miles out-and-back and is rated moderate.

Bright Angel Trail
Located onthe South Rim is the Bright Angel Trail. This trail is a long and challenging trail at sixteen and a half miles long. It is an out-and-back trail and is rated as Hard.

Drive from the Grand Canyon Village to the East Entrance along Desert View Drive. There are six viewpoints along this stretch. There are also a few picnic areas and some unmarked pullouts.

Giant Logs Trail is a short and easy loop at just a little under half a mile long. See some of the most colorful logs in the park. There are quite a few stairs along the trail, so be prepared.
