Opened in 1927 as the Busy Bee Cafe, it's now the oldest continually family-owned restaurant on Route 66, run today by the fifth generation. Run by two brothers from New Jersey, everything here is made from scratch daily, dough, sauce, even the mozzarella, blending New York, New Jersey, and West Coast traditions into what they call "Tulsa style." Be sure to get the garlic knots as an appetizer.
