Modern General Feed and Seed was a fun stop with a mix of cafe, shop, and laid-back hangout energy. Really liked this spot. Part cafe, part general store, with arched windows, canary yellow accents, and a creative menu.

A good stop to browse and shop lots of locally made goods, art, jewelry, and handmade pieces from local artisans. A must-visit if you happen to be there on a Sunday.

Santa Fe Teahouse & Bistro
Amazing selection of teas and other drinks. The ambience is great and there was live music. The Teahouse is set in a converted home dating to 1839, at the end of Canyon Road's art galleries, with a garden patio shaded by trees that feels hidden.

Santuario de Chimayo
The adobe details, old woodwork, and surrounding grounds made it feel like stepping back in time. You can feel how much history this place holds the second you walk in. Built in the early 19th century and designated a National Historic Landmark, El Santuario de Chimayó is one of the best-preserved examples of Spanish Colonial architecture in New Mexico and draws visitors from around the world as one of the most important pilgrimage sites in North America.

I understand now why this is a favorite by both locals and tourists. Everything felt fresh and the space has a really cozy energy. We sat by the communal table and it was a great way to meet other people.

This was probably the place where we felt the most relaxed the entire trip. Even just walking around the property felt calming. Tucked in the high desert foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Ojo Santa Fe spans 77 lush acres with spring-fed thermal pools, a full spa, and private hiking trails.

Bandelier National Monument
This is definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The cliff dwellings and canyon views made it one of the most memorable stops. Bandelier spans rugged canyon and mesa country, with dwellings carved into soft volcanic rock and petroglyphs left behind by the Ancestral Pueblo people.

Sandia Peak Tramway
The Sandia Peak Tramway climbs nearly three miles up the western face of the Sandia Mountains. Even before reaching the top, the views from the tram were already incredible.

The food and view delivered. We timed it for sunset and it made the whole experience even better. TEN 3 sits at 10,300 feet at the top of Sandia Peak, accessible only by the tramway, and the sunset views from up there are something else.

Farm Shop at Los Poblanos
The Farm Shop at Los Poblanos was such a cute stop with local goods and a really calm atmosphere. We browsed and picked up a few things to bring home. Set in a renovated dairy barn, the shop carries pantry staples, artisan baked goods, and handcrafted pieces from local makers.

An Albuquerque staple since 1987, Flying Star has been cooking up fresh breakfasts, lunches, and dinners alongside handmade pastries and cakes. Sometimes you just need a simple café moment during a trip and this was perfect for that. The vibe felt really cozy and local.
