Denver with its great restaurant scene and scenic views offers a great four to five day option. Grab a car and head out to the outskirts such as Parker, Castlerock and up to Boulder to get the full experience!

Check in Day 1 at the Crawford and enjoy the historical aspects of this fine hotel. Beautiful boutique and very comfortable.
Head over for one of the most inspiring and wierd (however wierd you want to make it) experiences you will have. Meow Wolf is the convergence of so many artists and ideas, it is honestly hard to take it all in.
Your first dinner in Denver is a winner here at Guard and Grace.
Day two, pack up the car and drive south to the Garden of the Gods. This will give you the unbelievable Colorado outdoor experience!
On your way back to Denver stop in Castlerock for one of the best taco stops you will ever have. You simply cannot stop at two or three. And the Margs, ohhhhh the Margs!
Finish the night in Denver having a drink at the Cruise Room.
Day three it is off to Ski!! Or if during the summer months, time to hike and bike! Steamboat is world class and the town offers incredible shops and old west mid west charm.
Start the food tour of Steamboat with brews pub style yumminess.....
Finish the evening with Salt and Lime and talk about the epic pow or the big ass bear on the trail.
Get fueled up for the day on the slopes at Winona's.
Creekside is simply just ding dang good. Lots of farm to table chops.
Aurum will not disappoint and is a great option for a night cap before turning in to head back to Boulder and Denver!
Wake up in the morning on Day 5 and drive to Boulder. Walk and shop on Pearl Street to take in this great midwest town.
Wonderful views with wonderful food. Can't be beat for lunch or dinner!
