How Do I Report Copyright Violations? #

Steller is committed to respecting the rights of creators intellectual property. If you believe a Steller user has violated your copyright rights, please visit our Reporting Copyright Violations section.


Reporting Copyright Violations from within the Steller app. #

Steller has also included mechanisms to report copyright violations from within the Steller app. When browsing a story in Steller, you can invoke the mechanism by tapping on the "3 dots" icon in the lower left hand portion of the screen. This will display a menu that will allow you to automatically report the offending piece of content to our content moderators. Moderators, upon receiving the report, will review the content and follow up to ensure that content within the Steller services meet legal copyright standards.


How Do I Report Offensive Content? #

Steller is committed to keeping offensive content out of our network and retaining a high level of quality/appropriate content for all of our users. If you believe that you have encountered content that is offensive, please report this to our moderation team.


Reporting Objectionable Content through email. #

The Steller moderation team is always on-hand to follow up with objectionable content complaints. Please email abuse@mombo.com with a description of the story and content you find objectionable. Once sent, a moderator will work to ensure the content has been reviewed and you are provided with a follow up within 24 hours.

Login troubleshooting #

Steller uses Twitter's native authentication through iOS. This provides you with a secure way to login to Steller through the trusted framework of iOS7. If you are having issues logging into Steller through Twitter, ensure you have setup a Twitter profile in your iOS settings. You can access this by going into your iOS settings and selecting Twitter and then setting up an account.
