Caption: Step one ——
Coat your ramekin with butter
or a non-stick spray and set
oven to 350.
Caption: Step two ——
Place ramekin face down on bread
slice and cut out a circle of
bread. Butter and toast the bread.
Caption: Step three ——
Chop up your tomatoes and onions.
Sauté the onions in butter until
caramelized. Fill the bottom of your
ramekin with the chopped tomatoes
and onions.
Caption: Step four ——
Place toasted bread on top of your
tomatoes and onions and press down
in the middle to make a bowl shape.
Crack an egg in the bread bowl, top
with salt, pepper and your favorite
cheese. Bake in oven until your
egg is cooked.
You'll need to keep an eye on it until the
egg is baked the way you like it!
