Picture
Caption: Just 10 more days and it is Christmas! This year I want to style my Christmas table with minimal Christmas decoration, but still get a real Christmas feeling. So I’ve tested it this week.
When I saw the Serax tableware collection by Piet Boon, Pascale Naessens and Chris Mestdagh, I knew that that is exactly what I was looking for. Minimal design, nice textures, high quality and beautiful material combinations.

Combined with the minimal white Chinese porcelain plates and bowls called “Base” by Piet Boon, and some anthracite ribbed low serving plates by Chris Mestdagh, the table already looks great. There is not much more needed.

For the cutlery, I spray painted some old cutlery of my mother in gold and mat black. Of course you can’t use this anymore for dinner. If you like to use some real gold or brass cutlery, you buy that too.

I’m very pleased with it!
