Caption: If you haven't tried to make your own vegetable milk at home, believe me, you must try.
It's super easy, cheap and incredibly much tastier than any vegetable milk you can find at the stores.
My favourite one is cashew milk, try it and come back to me and let me know ;-)

Caption: HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE MILK
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup raw cashews soaked for 2 to 4 hours (almonds 8 hours)
* 3 cups of filtered water, depending on how rich and thick you want the milk
* a pinch of salt flakes (just very little)
* Add any flavour you want (cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, agave syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, or any other sweetener you like most)
PROCEDURE
Throw your nuts, and 3 cups of fresh filtered water (do not use the soaking liquid) in your blender and blast on high for about three minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add any flavour you want (cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, agave syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, or any other sweetener you like most) and blend for some seconds.
If you want to thin the milk out, gradually add in some more filtered water, until you get the desired consistency.
Strain with a nut milk bag and keep in an airtight container during 5 days.
