Caption: Today's story is a vegan pudding with pistachios. Made with almond milk and many other super natural ingredients for all vegan people who do not want to give up a good sweet and appetizing. I must say that this cake is for everyone.

- 400ml almond milk
- 150g cream of pistachios or pistachio pesto unsalted
- 60g soy butter
- 60g brown sugar
- 50g chopped pistachios
- 25g rice starch

Caption: Puree the chopped pistachios and cut the flour. Pour all the ingredients in a pot and stir well. Put on the heat and cook until a boil and simmer until what the pudding will be firmed. Pour the cake in a mold and store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Turn out and decorated with other chopped pistachios.
