300g dark chocolate
30g butter
150ml double cream
TO COAT
Cocoa powder
Desiccated coconut
Peanut biscuits

Grate 300g dark chocolate using a coarse cheese grater.
Caption: 2
Bring 150ml double cream and 30g melted butter to a very gentle simmer.
(If too hot, the ganache will split!)

Take cream off the heat. Mix slowly with the chocolate into a smooth ganache.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Roll into bite-size balls and coat with cocoa powder, desiccated coconut or crushed up peanut biscuits.
