On toast combined with soft goat cheese, thyme, a fruity olive oil and some black pepper you have a delicious and healthy snack.

Slices of good bread
150 grams of soft goat cheese
500 gram of fresh broad beans
Thyme leaves and/or rosemary flowers
Fruity olive oil
Black pepper

Caption: Pod the broad beans and blanche them 3 minutes in boiling water. Rinse with cold water and pod again.
Toast the slices of bread.
Spread goat cheese on the warm toasted bread. Top with the broad beans. Sprinkle with thyme leaves, rosemary flowers (optional) and black pepper. Drizzle some olive oil over it.
