Pinggan doesn't have good access.
You have to enjoy broken roads, most of them are extremely broken.
But, trust me, you will get a view that you'll never believe is exist in Bali.

So, I planned with some friends of mine to go to Pinggan at 1.00 AM.
That was crazy! I freezed along the road, the coldest night ever in Bali!
