Caption: In the fall of 2017 I took a class called “Consciously Creative” with Philippa Stanton also know as 5ftinf and it changed my life. Philippa taught me to observe, document, and experience my surroundings with all my senses, and not just celebrate color but find joy in shadows and textures, and appreciate beauty in imperfection.
I am revisiting Philippa’s lessons in her new book “Conscious Creativity” and just recently visited her in her charming home in Brighton and
had tea at her table.
It was an absolute delight!
