Caption: STILL IN INDIA All is well
Picture
Caption: Some places just changes you. Meeting new friends, getting to know a new culture. The nature. Here are a few pics from my first trip to India. May there be many more to come.
Picture
Caption: The minute you step out from the plane you just know that this is going to be something different.
For sure.
Picture
Caption: Lots of new impressions, maybe a bit chaos, smells, noices. And people. And traffic.
Caption: It took a few days to get used to this new situation.
But after a while, and with help from a fantastic new friend, I learned to navigate in and enjoy this love.
Surrender.
Caption: Jump in and roll with it.
No fear. But try to stay safe.
Picture
Caption: And yes, there are also many problems in India. Extreme poverty, values, womens rights, the caste system. To mention a few.
But this is not a story about those. It is a few short stories about the love and happiness that somehow persist in spite of all that we might hear on the news.
It just blew me away.

It's the story of an Indian man who never gave up. You can also google the man who wore a sanitary napkin.
I find it very inspiring.
Caption: Never give up.
You could be the next one to change the world.
Picture
Caption: This beautiful nature.
Waking early, before sunrise. Starting the day in mindfullness, chai and then salute the sun in a yoga class at the beach.
Picture
Caption: Footprints.
A morning walk on the beach.
Picture
Caption: After a few days in silence with yoga and soul stuff, the chatting monkey mind cooled down.
No wifi. No tv. No radio.
Just me. At the beach.
Some new friends. And the cows.
Caption: Still in India. All is well.
Update on ig.
Eventually.
Picture
Caption: Every day, my new friend invited me for chai. The only furniture in the room is an old plastic chair.
Eventually she started to tell me about life. And for every cup of chai she had, she dipped her finger and sent some chai to the sky. I have never seen that before.
It was for her father who passed years ago. Because he liked chai. Well, I also know someone over there who liked his tea. So we sat there on the dirt floor, sending love. And chai.
"Like this-it's better" she said.
Sure is.
Caption: Sometimes you just connect.
Picture
Caption: We may seem different on the surface.
But in the end we are all humans. Dealing with human stuff. Life, love, loss, health, balance.
Picture
Caption: What do you think?
Picture
Caption: Stepping out in the dark (many power cuts, bring flash light) and get welcomed by a gang of the famous holy cows and some doggies. The Nag Champa. They say it's made sometimes from cow poop. What an excellent idea!
Caption: Playing at the beach.
Note to self:
Never stop playing.
EVER.
No matter whats going on.
No matter your physical age.
No matter what people may say.
Flow that mojo loves!
Picture
Caption: Keep your heart soft
and mind open.
Picture
Caption: Be kind.

Caption: May the long time sun shine upon you all love surround you
and the pure light
within you
guide your way on. Kundalini closing prayer
Caption: Thank you India, friends, life. Thank you my colleague Andreas who kindly helped me sort out some of my India photos.
And thank you for reading my story. Hope you liked it.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings have peace.
Namaste.
