4 large chunks of watermelon
6 cubes of cane sugar
2 shots lime juice
2 shots tequila
Seltzer
Chile-Salt
1) Add the watermelon, lime juice and cane sugar to the Mason Shaker.
2) Muddle until sugar is dissolved.
3) Add tequila and ice. Shake for 5 seconds.
4) Strain into tall glasses rimmed with chili-salt and containing ice. Top with seltzer to fill. Garnish with lime slices.
