150 gr. white Bread a day old
125 gr. of extra virgen Olive oil
1 Tsp of Salt
30 gr. of wine Vinegar
1-2 garlic cloves

2.- Cut the bread crumb in cubes and add it To the bowl
3.- Add the garlic cloves, salt and vinager
4.- Proces all until you get a cream texture
5.- With your processor in low speed Add slowly the oil
