3 cups milk
2 cups water
1/2 cup wheat starch
1/2 cup all purpose flour
(If you want a sweeter pudding add 1/2 cup sugar)**

Caption: Mix all ingredients in a pan and stir until all of them dissolves completely. Cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens and boils. After it boils let it cool to room temperature. When it reaches the room temperature pour it into a wet serving plate . Mostly alike a 4-Qt Pyrex Basic oblong baking dish.

Caption: serving Before serving cut it into squares and add rose water on it on the plate. And add caster sugar on top. Decorate with rose petals. 1 tbsp caster sugar and rose water per piece is fine. Use more if you like it sweet.
