Caption: INGREDIENTS: - 200g sugar
-3 eggs
- 300g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 180ml milk
- 1 lemon
- 150g butter
- Salt
Caption: DIRECTIONS: - Beat the eggs and add sugar.
- Melt butter.
- Mix melted butter, water, flour, lemon juice and salt.
- Add to the mixture the baking powder.
- Butter and flour a the cake pan.
- Pour the mixture.
- Bake at 180 degrees (C) for 40 minutes. (Fan oven).

Caption: INGREDIENTS: - 1 lemon
- 200ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
-3 tablespoons sugar
- 50g butter
Caption: DIRECTIONS: - Heat the milk in a saucepan.
- Beat the egg yolks and add sugar.
- Add potato starch and milk.
- Heat the mixture, add lemon zest and continue to mix.
- When the cream is going to curdle, remove the lemon zest, add lemon juice and continue to mix until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Cool the cream by placing the saucepan in cold water and then put it in the fridge.
