Caption: This summer I attempted to make 1000 popsicles. Here are some of the colorful recipes I created.

Caption: Strawberry Sangria Popsicle
16oz Package hulled Strawberries
2-11oz Sangria Senorial bottles
1/4C sugar
Add all ingredients to a pot, and bring to a boil. Let boil for 2 min, turn heat down and let mixture simmer until strawberries are soft. Let mixture cool. Blend together. After blended, let mixture sit for a few min, the mixture will separate. Stir together with a spoon, then fill molds, freeze, and enjoy!

20oz can pineapple tidbits in juice
1/4C. @countrytime pink lemonade mix
1C water
Boil together in a sauce pan till pineapples take on pink color. Let cool. Blend together. Fill molds. Freeze. Enjoy!

400ml can coconut milk
16oz package hulled strawberries
1/2C sugar
1/4tsp coconut extract
1/3C water

3 Peeled Peaches
2 Peeled Mangos
1/4C sugar
400ml can of coconut milk
Cut fruits, add all ingredients to a pot, and bring to a boil. Let boil for 2-3 min. Then bring the boil down to a simmer. Let mixture simmer for 10 min. Let cool. Blend mixture. Fill molds, freeze, enjoy!

1C Lemon Juice
Zest of 2 Lemons
1C Water
1/4C Sugar
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4C sweetened condensed milk
Add lemon juice, zest, water, and sugar together in a pot and reduce for about 10 min. In a separate bowl add vanilla and whipping cream. Beat until soft peaks form. Remove lemon mixture from heat and let cool. Keep whipped cream in fridge while lemon mixture is cooling. When lemon mixture is cool add it, and the sweetened condensed milk to the whip cream mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Fill molds, freeze at least 6 hours. Creamy popsicles take a bit longer to freeze. Enjoy!

4 Granny Smith Apples
1 Juiced Lemon
2C water
1/2C Sugar
Core and dice the apples, put in a plastic freezer bag, and cover with the juice from 1 lemon. Mix the juice in with the apples in the bag, and stick in freezer. In a pot, boil together water and sugar til nicely dissolved. Let cool. In a blender, blend together apples and water mixture. Strain into a bowl with a fine mesh sieve. With remaining mixture fill molds, freeze, and enjoy!

3-4 limes
1/4C basil sprigs, lightly packed
1/4C sugar
2- 20oz bottles of Sprite
Add 1 bottle of Sprite to a pot with 3-4 juiced limes (depending on how strong you want the lime flavor) add basil sprigs. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 10 min. Fish out the basil from the mixture. Let cool. When cool, add second bottle of sprite. Fill molds. Freeze. Enjoy!

12oz Galavanina Blood Orange Soda
6oz Package of Blackberries
1/4C Sugar
1C Water
6 Large pitted strawberries
Add 1/2 of the blood orange soda to a pot with berries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 10 min. Let mixture cool. When cool, add the other 1/2 of the soda. Blend together. Fill molds. Freeze at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
