Caption: There are lazy days (a few times in a month), when I want to make the simplest and more quickly – prepared breakfast. My choice is the pancakes with berries.
Why?
Because it’s simple.

Caption: Cranberry Mini-Pancakes
(serves 10-12)
200 g flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar)
300 ml milk
1 egg
30 g butter (melted)
1/2 cup cranberries
FOR SERVING:
1-2 tbsp sugar powder or 1-2 tbsp natural yogurt

Caption: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk an egg and milk in the saucepan. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, mix well and let stand in room temperature for about 15-20 min. Add berries, vanilla extract and melted butter. Mix and fry until brown on a medium heat, using 2-3 tbsp batter for the each pancake.
