Caption: The story of the Negroni Sbagliato goes like this, an apprentice at a bar in Milan mistakenly placed a bottle of Prosecco where gin was supposed to go. A busy bartender accidentally grabbed the Prosecco and in a rush, added it to a Negroni instead of gin. The result? A sparkling low-alcohol aperitivo that's perfect for late afternoon sipping.
