150g/5 oz. butter
100g/3.5 oz. chocolate 70%
45 ml strong brewed coffee
90g/3 oz. plain flour
40g/1.5 oz. cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
a pinch of salt
2 eggs
225g/8 oz. granulated raw sugar
60g chopped walnuts
50g chocolate 70%, melted

Caption: In a pot, melt butter and chopped
chocolate (100g) on low heat. Add coffee and set aside to cool.
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside. >>>

Caption: Whipp eggs and sugar light and fluffy to ribbon stage. Add the cooled butter-chocolate and mix. Carefully fold in the dry ingredients and chopped walnuts into the batter.
Pour batter into a prepared pan (round 24 cm/9" or 20x30 cm/8"x11") and bake in 150C/302F for 30-40 minutes. Be sure to check the tart with a toothpick or skewer. It should be a little sticky in the center. Let cool before drizzling melted chocolate on top
