Caption: In celebration of Maple Weekend in New York State, all of the local maple farms host some kind of maple activities for the public. This year, I traveled to Maple Valley Farm in Corinth with my Mother & Brother for a delicious maple syrup pancake breakfast. It was so cold outside, hokey and a bit redneck. But, overall, it was a delightful experience.
