Caption: Today I want to share something
about my work.
I work for an events and pr agency in the food&beverage industry. We organise Identità Golose, an international chefs' Congress which has reached its tenth edition in Milan, our hometown.
In October 2014 we went to New York for the fourth edition of Identità Golose New York, where we paired up Italian and American chefs for exclusive culinary seminars. In the following pages you'll see the pictures of some of the dishes they realised. All of the pictures are taken by our official photographers Francesca Brambilla and Serena Serrani.
