1 avocado in slices
1 small bulb of fennel, thinly sliced
~1/3 of a cauliflowers, in crumbles
fresh basil
parmesan cheese, shaved
Dressing:
juice from one lemon
2-3 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey

Caption: Arrange on a plate starting with the avocado putting the rest on top. Finish off with the dressing and some fresh pepper.
Serve as is with fresh Levain on the side, or as a side dish.
