Caption: Those days when there’s nothing better than the sound of waves. I was tempted to take the sound off this video, leaving you with the calm of those rolling waves. But it wasn’t quiet here, standing at the sea wall, looking over the Forth towards Fife, birds gliding and swirling above me as I tried to hold my phone still in the wind. Between the power of the waves and the wind it wasn’t quiet at all. I always pause here on this walk and take in this view, this big ever-shifting sky, and breathe.
