Caption: Through Vancouver, B.C., Canada "Faffing"
Caption: It started when... I met an Irish woman my first day in Vancouver who told me about faffing. It's an slang word between her and her friends for "have no plans, carry no map, seek out adventure." And on my last day in Vancouver-- armed with my plan and map-- I dropped them both to do just that: faff.
For my first stop, I wandered into Finch's Tea and Coffee House. I sipped an Americano and took in the fun atmosphere surrounding me.

I then walked along the waterfront to watch seaplanes take off and land.

Caption: As golden hour approached, I closed my book, walked back along the waterfront and over to the Granville Bridge where I caught the last moments of light as the sun fell behind the mountains.
It was a day well faffed.
