Caption: Ingredients - ready shortbread pastry - cranberries and apples ( how many you want, I used 6 apples and "few" cranberrries) -2tbsp sugar - 2 tsp cinnamon -300ml cream - 150g icing sugar - 150g flour - 2 eggs
Caption: Method Line pastry in 9inch/24cm tart pan. Chill in fridge for 20min. Arrange sliced apples and cranberries. Add sugar and cinnamon. In a bowl mix cream, icing sugar , flour and eggs, pour over fruits. Bake 25min in 180C
