- 250g all purpose flour (but you can also mix different types of flour);
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder;
- 200g sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 tsp ginger powder;
- 250g ricotta;
- 100ml milk;
- 2 pears;
- 1 small cup of coffee;
- 16g baking powder
- salt
