200g milk chocolate
4 eggs
240g caster sugar
100g plain flour
1 tsb baking powder
30g cocoa powder
100g glacé cherries
100g walnuts
200ml single cream to serve

Caption: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering hot water.

Caption: Whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is pale.

Caption: Gently stir the melted chocolate into the mixture.
Then sift the plain flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the mixture. Stir gently until all combined.

I use the silicon version which doesn't require greasing (convenient).
