1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
3 egg whites
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 cup chopped chocolate bits
2 tablespoons cold brew coffee
1 tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa
2 8in cake rounds
FOR THE WHIP:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa powder

Caption: What you will do:
Preheat oven 350f.
Prepare cake mix according to back of box.
Divide cake batter evenly between two bowls.
Mix chocolate bits into one half of the batter, set aside. Mix cold brew and cocoa into other half, set aside.
Grease and flour cake pans and carefully divide chocolate chip batter between the two pans. Even the tops of the cake batter out by gently shaking pans on the counter.

Caption: Whip Pour heavy whipping cream into stand mixer with whisk attachment and beat, when whipping cream starts to form, add 1/4 cup powdered sugar to bowl and beat to
combine.
-*we like to beat it until it's nearly butter for this recipe so that it is firmer and holds up better under the layers of cake.
Divide whip cream evenly between two bowls and add 1 tablespoon of dark cocoa to one bowl. Whip until combined.
