Approximately 50g of chia seeds (I use white)
Half a can of coconut milk
Vanilla or almond extract
One banana
A handful of summer berries
Almond milk
A pinch of salt

Caption: Cover the chia seeds completely with half a can of coconut water. Try to avoid including the coconut cream.
Tip: put the can in the fridge the night before so the cream hardens, then ripen the can from the bottom, so that the cream is isolated at the top of the can.
Whisk the chia seeds with the liquid and add in 1/8 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Caption: In a blender add your banana and berries with enough almond milk to just about cover them. Add or substitute almond milk depending on the consistency you'd like. Add a pinch of salt and blend!
