Caption: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 cup of rice milk
1 fresh date, pitted and cut in small pieces (you can use agave if you don't have)
Stir together in a bowl before going to sleep on Friday night. When you wake up add 1/2 an apple, julienned, a handful of cashews, blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Top with a dash of rice milk to taste.
