Cookies Recipe
Caption: What can I say about these cookies other than they are totally addictive, with a crunchy bite and a chewy centre
.......delicious!
The family have given these a big thumbs up, so I have a feeling I will be making these again very soon.
Caption: Ingredients:
225g Caster Sugar
225g unsalted butter (room temp)
170g condensed milk
350g self raising flour
100g White chocolate chips

Caption: Preheat oven to 170°C/fan 150°C
In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk together until light and fluffy.
Add the flour, a little at a time and mix until a soft dough is formed and then add the chocolate chips.
Caption: Take a small piece of dough and roll it with your hands to form a ball the size of a walnut and place on a baking sheet and flatten them out slightly.
Make sure you space them out quite well as these cookies will spread whilst baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are starting to go a light brown. The actual cookies will be very soft to touch so leave on the baking sheet to cool/set for about 3 minutes and then carefully transfer to a cooling rack.
