Caption: The southern part of Corfù is mostly flat, with rolling hills that slope down to the sea and long sandy beaches. The beach of Agios Giorgios is the perfect example of this area: located on the southwest coast, is a little under 10 km, enough to be among the largest in the island.

Caption: The charm of the streets is due to the architectural style typical Venetian, But there are signs of other rules, such as the building Liston and arcades are French-inspired and churches are typically Byzantine. The breathtaking evening walk on kandounia, cobblestone streets, and under the arches of the Esplanade.

Caption: At 10 kilometers south of the city is the large Italian-style villa built for the princess Sissi. Besides the exhibition of photos of the princess, you can admire a beautiful landscape of the city and a garden containing majestic statues, like that of Achilles.
