SPANAKOPITA

Gather your greens. I like a combination of spinach and chard.

Chop your Greens and spring onions

Lay your Fillo sheets in a baking dish and brush each one liberally with olive oil.

Pace your chopped greens, onions and feta mixture on top of the fillo.

Fold over excess fillo sheets. Add the remaining sheets on top.

Brush more olive oil and score the pie. Bake in 180 deg C preheated oven for 45 mins.

Once cooked allow to cool in pan for 15 mins. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
