THE BULLITT HOTEL
Located right in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast, Bullitt Hotel offers a cool place to stay for those city slickers wanting to get out and about. Although hard to find at first (down this narrow alleyway) it’s an easy base to get to.
The room was spacious... very spacious as we had the disabled room I think! That means we had a HUGE bathroom and bedroom. Bed was comfy and had everything we needed.
First impressions were great. It felt active, it felt like a fun place to arrive too. It felt unique, walking down this alley and it opening up into an outside bar... and who doesn’t want a drink when they first land... you’re on holiday, right?!
The hotel is styled in a midcentury modern style. It feels fresh and new, and more importantly the hotel feels comfortable. It’s not a white-wash of walls, it’s not Scandinavian I comfy seating, it’s soft and it’s inviting. It’s a place you don’t mind relaxing in.
IN THE AREA
There’s everything to do in the area! You have;
• Victoria Square 🛍 • Cathedral Quarter Bars 🍹 • The Big Fish 🐟 • Jumon Restaurant 🍜 • Babel Bar 🍸 • Holohans at the Barge ⚓️ • Botanic Gardens 🍁
FOOD & DRINK
There’s a coffee shop, Taylor & Clay’s Restaurant and the Babel bar. I tried all of them and don’t have a bad thing to say about any. Warning: The cocktails are STRONG!
Perfect hotel, especially for young couples and young travelling groups. The location is perfect for everything city based, and who couldn’t say no to a glass of wine in the cool bar before you head to your room!
