Sourdough bread with a crisp crust on the outside, yet soft yielding innards.

Well, it would have been rude to turn them down.

Starters Watercress soup with sous vide egg and truffle Gin and tonic oyster, served with a frothy cylinder of lemongrass veloute

Caramelised cauliflower and fennel with mango puree

Assortment of beetroot in a salad with intense jelly, Sainte-Maure cheese and nuts to add crunch. Sauteed foie gras with mango puree

Truffle-oil tagliatelle with black truffle matchsticks and asparagus
