Today's recipe is very simple and will allow you to make a very Christmas and genuine jam. I have made jars like jam and clementines every year. Perfect for breakfast or to stuff Christmas cookies or a tart. This jam is also a nice gift if poured into a very captivating jar. Every now and then I make jams to give away at Christmas.

This is the jam based on clementines that you can enrich with cinnamon, or with almonds and in this way you will get two new recipes for other moments of goodies.

Ingredients: 1kg of organic clementines 600g of sugar 1 lemon

How to do: Squeeze the lemon. Peel the clementines and cut the peel into chunks Blanch the skins in water for 15 minutes. drain and leave to dry on a towel Remove all the skin from the mirrors of clementines. Put them in a bowl together with the bowls, sugar and lemon juice.

Leave to macerate for at least 1 hour. Cook the jam for about 30 to 45 minutes until the consistency remains. If you prefer, you can blend it. Pour the jam into previously sterilized jars. Close them very well and then turn them upside down until they are cold.
