During my time in England, I had the opportunity to learn so much about the cities of London and Westminster. Every landmark and structure holds an important piece of history. I highly recommend visiting to anyone that appreciates educational sites.

Tower of London

This 900-year-old castle and fortress in central London was built by William the Conqueror. It is notable for housing the crown jewels, and for holding many famous prisoners, including William Wallace and Guy Fawkes.

The London Eye is the largest Ferris wheel in Europe at 443 feet tall. It is the only wheel to have been built over water.
