Hallowed Antiquity

Our first night/day in Rome we visited most of the famous Plazzas, Fountains and sites, including the Pantheon, the Coliseum and the Roman forum.

Roman Forum & Palatine Hill

Casa delle Vestali: Virgin girls were chosen to guard the fire of the city and participate in religious ceremonies. If they were caught with a man they would be buried alive as their blood could not be shed because they were considered goddesses.
